How To Order: Of course orders may be placed online 24 hours a day at www.westernhorseco.com . Orders by telephone may be placed Monday-Friday during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. by calling our shop at 319-696-2206. We are a small business so if we don't pick up right away, please leave a detailed message on our answering service. When you leave a message we ask that you speak clearly and repeat your name and telephone number so that we are better able to assist you.
Special Orders: We welcome special orders however all special orders must be paid for by credit card at the time of ordering and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks. We do not ship C.O.D. Iowa customers are subject to 6% Iowa sales tax and 1% municipal tax.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless the customer requests otherwise. The following shipping and handling rates apply to regular ground shipments within the continental U.S. only. Oversized, expedited, and overnite shipping is available for an additional charge based on prevailing shipper rates.
International Shipments: Rates for international customers will be based upon location, shipment weight and dimensions.
Prices Subject To Change: All prices are subject to change without notice and are based on the current costs of goods, materials and labor. Prices posted on this website do not include shipping.
Returns: Merchandise returns are accepted 14 days from the date of invoicing and must be returned with the original invoice and include the customers contact information and daytime telephone number. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent before credit will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the purchasers expense.
