Sold! Thank you to Tanya Triebwasser of Volga South Dakota. Here's a really nice 15.5" Billy Cook, Sulpher OK. roper. I don't buy many Billy Cooks but when I do you can darn well be sure its a good one. I'm going to call this one a roper but it was made to have a lot of forward movement in the fenders so you can really get your feet out in front of you. Butter soft leather, nice hand tooling and factory pre-turned stirrup leathers with off-set aluminum stirrups. The horn was wrapped when it can in but its as clean as a whistle and there's no rope rash on the swells so it doesn't appear to have been roped in. Looks to have been used primarily for trail riding but it would be perfect for Ranch versatility or Ranch Pleasure classes.
